I always just wake up and drink a coke... take a Tylenol or Advil or something like that... then go to sleep for a little longer wake up drink some water or cold tea... Go swimming then come home and eat pizza!!! I know it sounds weird... bit that's what I always do and it gets rid of the hangover!

I seriously, I live by this. I used to have the world's WROST hangovers, but this trick has seriously saved my life! I put 3 (I'm going to spell this so wrong) alceselsers into a glass of water, let them completly fizz and then down it. It tastes horrible and it's hard to choke down, but it saves the day!! Seriously. My fiance has tried to use those pills called hangovers and they did not work at all! He said that they just made it seem like he wasn't hardly drunk at all when he was drinking. So seriously, those work. Try it out and see for yourself. I swear by them now!! I was so hungover once and I had to go wakeboarding that day early. So I took some and by the time we were hitting the waves, which should have made me puke my guts out, I was 100% fine!

depends on how bad i am feeling but sometimes it is a sprite morning for me (helps settle my stomache) or drink whatever was the strongest you drank the night/morning before and that brings you back up and down a little slower. Nothing really gets rid of a hangover though.

Best way is not to drink. I was a drunk for 16 yrs and never had a hangover. Now I'm sober for 20 yrs and don't feel any different.

I would drink a lot of water or Gatorade (not the other 'sports' drinks b/c they are very high in sugar content and that is what gave you the hangover in the first place). Take it easy and eat some high carb food.

Warm food, plenty of cold water, sleep, warm food again, then cold water, then a cold shower. After that, stretch until you sweat then warm food again then cold water to complete the recovery process.
