The obvious start would be the University of London's School of Oriental and African Studies, but currently they are not teaching Wolof. They can be contacted for details of languages other than the ones they teach. Go to this webpage:
www.soas.ac.uk/languagecentre/coursesbylang.html
If, as I suspect, there are no formal classes anywhere, then you will probably only get private tuition. For possible sources of information on this the obvious ones in London are:
(1) The Africa Centre (www.africacentre.org.uk)
(2) The Embassy of Senegal (www.senegalembassy.co.uk)
(3) The High Commission of the Gambia [no website: 57 Kensington Court, London W8 5DG (020) 7937 6316/7/8
gambia@gamhighcom.fsnet.co.uk]
(4) The African Echo weekly newspaper (www.africanecho.co.uk)
(5) Voice of Africa Radio (www.voiceofafricaradio.com).
Hope this helps
