I agree with rasant. Go out and get laid. Either one of two things will happen... You'll forget all about her or you'll start thinking of her while banging the chick and afterwards curl up in the fetal position crying yourself to sleep. It's worth a shot.

My experience is that running away from those feelings doesn't work. When I've had breakups, I play some real depressing music and I wallow in my depression for a few days and maybe a week and I let it run its course. After that I go back to getting on with my life. I find other things to do to take my mind off the situation. Its like a physical injury--it won't heal overnight, but time will ease the pain.

You love her and you fear that you will never find anyone to replace that love. You broke up with her for a reason, so it wasn't what you truly wanted. But that doesn't mean you don't love her. You have some choices here buddy. Either accept the relationship with the problems it had and try to get her to take you back, or move on to someone new and build the relationship you want. Broken hearts suck, but you can be ok again.

Of course your falling to pieces! You've just broken up with your girlfriend. It must hurt a lot, but it's natural to hurt after something like this! The best thing to do is actually grieve the loss and get it out of your system. You'll eventually feel better again! ^_^

Well, it's still recent, but you could go out with friends (not your common friends preferably), get into a sport or just pig out in front of the television...

Because you are in love with her and wished that you never broke up with her. I suggest that you get over her and never think about her ever again.

you cant stop thinking about her because you still like her. You need time to get her out of your mind. In the meantime, hang out with friends, do things you like to do, stay active, good luck! time will heal you

It's so difficult. Do something, meet your friends, keep your mind occupied. You can't do more than this.
