christians say that jesus was a "savior", "lord", "king of peace", but the bible says a diffrent story.

Jesus says that he has come to destroy families by making family members hate each other. He has “come not to send peace, but a sword.” Matthew 10:34

Families will be torn apart because of Jesus. “Brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death." Matthew 10:21

Jesus strongly approves of the law and the prophets. He hasn’t the slightest objection to the cruelties of the Old Testament. Matthew 5:17

Jesus condemns entire cities to dreadful deaths and to the eternal torment of hell because they didn’t care for his preaching. Matthew 11:20

Good question..

The debate is still out. Ive studied a lot of this line of thought..and Ive come to the decision that it is all in the way one interprets his teachings. The pros and cons are simple...that there are nothing BUT grey areas in everything he said..as if he left it up to us to realize what kind of person we wanted to be and how we wanted to live our lives. He said that he didn't come to change the Commandments..but to give us a new one..and that is that we love each other as he had loved us....and that, to my way of thinking..is Unconditionally. But we all know that Unconditional Love is impossible. Latch on the fact that LOVE is a matter of some strict interpersonal interpretation....Love of Life..Love of sex..Love of hate...it all depends on who you talk to....but In no place in the human condition have I found that man has embraced the teachings of Jesus to HIS way of thought.

In that regard..then yes...giving monkeys a decision like that was a crazy idea. As the Son Of God..he should have known better...and should have made his real intentions more clear. I'm still trying to fathom the Beatitudes..as to wether or not THOSE are good or bad?? With statements like.."The Meek Shall Inherit the Earth"..I wonder at times??

Read the whole Bible. You picked out bits and pieces that were taken out of context. Jesus taught love and compassion. He healed the sick and disabled. He showed us the way to eternal life.

He was just a guy trying to live his life. He'd be ashamed of how his name is used today.
