I'm out of creamer, but I'm stocked full of yogurt.

Honey you can do anything you want...it's called experimenting! You may just have come up with the latest new thing. Personally I would start with unflavoured Greek-style (thick) yogurt and go from there.
What have you got to lose, one cup of coffee!

New best answer. Just stirred two heaping teaspoons of Fage 0% fat yogurt into my regular raw sugar moderately sweetened mug of coffee. Required a lot of stirring and now see that nearly all of it is settling to the bottom. Does not taste particularly good. Remotely possible that it's not so bad that one could get used to it, but no plans for this coffee drinker to abandon the nasty coffeemate original liquid creamer. It's the best, but truly nasty containing partially hydrogenated oils. It's my only known unhealthy item ingested, but it's 2 times a day, everyday.

It would seem too thick, but I think if you found a fat-free version of it and heated it up in the microwave so that it could thin out and be warm enough to stir, it might work as an edible substitute. Of course only plain would do.

Hmmm, maybe it is a dairy product, but I think it will change the thickness of your coffee and you may not enjoy it. Let us know how it turns out!
