The Republic of Tea produces some great varieties of black, green, red, and white teas. They can be found in many Cost Plus World Markets, Whole Foods Markets, and online.

I drink many teas during many times of the day. During the morning, I favor the RofT's Earl Grey Black for a robust flavor to wake me up. In the evenings or during cold and flu season, I favor RofT's Orange Persimmon White Tea.

White tea is rarier and does cost more, but it helps elevate immunity levels and contains less caffeine which makes it a perfect drink for after dinner.
