Both are good, but different ways. Walking will help increase bone density, but isn't good if you have joint problems. With a stationary bike, you need to really exert yourself, change up the resistance, etc etc - which is more work than just walking!

Actually both together would be best. This is because each one uses a different set of muscles. Walking will not only give you a good aerobic work out, but going to use more muscles than just sitting on a bike, which is only working your legs. Plus walking can be more interesting mentally. It can get terribly boring just riding in one place looking at the wall or empty space.
Walking wil get you out in the "fresh" air, see different things around you that give your mind a workout as well. Both are going to use up calories. But for a whole body workout one day walk and the next bike.

Depends what you are after. If you are looking for health benefits, then use a heart monitor when you walk (or just count your pulse manually). You will notice that your heart barely has to work any harder at all for walking, as opposed to just puttering around the house.
Walking is good for you, especially if you are so out of shape it isn't funny. In fact, I highly recommend walking if you haven't exercised much in a very long time. However, if you are in half-way decent shape, riding the bike will bring a greater health benefit, cardio wise.
If you are looking for mental health, go for a walk!

Riding is more beneficial cause it would be awkward to walk a stationary bike. HAHA but really walking is much better for you health wise

if you're talking about normal walking and riding a bike walking is better because it allows you to swing your arms for biking you're just repeating the same movements over and over which is bad for the joints if you're going hiking you have to walk up and down and faster and slower using different joints and muscles
