If neither of them help you, I would highly suggest asking a family member the name of the adoption center the child as placed in and then visit or call there for information.

im not sure but i think the red cross are realy good at assisting people in these situations, i could be wrong but why not try them.
sorry i think i meant the salvation army like the other person has said below, just confused thats all.
