There a a few good exercises for building up your pectorals, which will tighten up your upper body.

(1) Dips - holding sturdy mounted bars parallel to your body, suspend yourself in mid-air. Raise and lower your body between your arms being straight and flexed at 45 degrees at the elbow.

(2) Bench-press or push-ups - this either presses your body weight up from the floor or presses another weight up from your body.

(3) Flys - use an inclined bench and two dumbbells; hold the dumbbells keeping your palms turned inwards, bring them in front of yourself while keeping your arms slightly bent, then return them to a position outwards until your shoulders feel tight.

And of course, weight loss helps.
