you really need to get her to the vet, it sounds like a bladder infection which can rapidly kill a dog, most vets will set up a payment plan if you have to,,,

I am sorry to say that your only option is to take her to the vet. Try your local humane organization with help for low income families. An unfortunate truth is that pets cost money just like children do. I had to set up a separate savings account just for that purpose. Without being able to urinate your puppy could easily die from a buildup of toxins in her system. SERIOUSLY YOUR PUPPY NEEDS A VET NOW. If your credit is ok you can also apply for the 'Care Credit' Card..it is specific to vet care and can be applied for right at the vets office.

Find The money to take her to the vet.

If her stomach is swollen TAKE HER TO VET ASAP!
If the whites of her eyes are Yellow take her to the vet it could be liver or kidney infection.Do this ASAP!

If she has urinary tract infection give her 100mg cranberry extract 3 times a day. If she is able to urinate more after that by the next day then you know you are going in the right direction. Continue the extract until she is able to urinate 100%.
Give your dog plenty of fresh water to drink. Feed her high quality human grade dog food. Such as wellness, canidea, innova, flint river ranch there are more brands I cant remember off hand. Low quality food can create many health problems such as what you are going through right now.

Feed her a 2 table spoons plain low fat yogurt with beneficial bacteria to get her flora back in balance. 2 to 3 times a day.

DO NOT feed your dogs Choclate , tea, anything with caffeine, grapes, raisins, onions, Shallots, or anything in the onion family, make shur she doesn't eat any house plant or household chemicals.

Adopting a dog is like adopting a child. It takes money, sweetie, to be seen by a vet.....If you didn't want the responsibility, why did you get a dog? Take the dog to the vet, pay the bill, then find someone who is responsible enough to accept responsibility for a poor, helpless dependent animal. It is people like you who think you are doing an animal a favor by taking them, then allowing them to suffer, and perhaps die in pain, because they are unwilling to give the dog the necessary medical care it needs for a healthy life. Bet it hasn't had parvo, distemper shots, either, right? Good (not).

Find the money. Beg borrow or steal. If you can't afford the pups health care, you are going to end up with one sick little dog. She needs shots, heartworming, flea meds, etc, etc etc. Find a vet with a payment plan if need be, or find the dog a home where someone can take care of her. Having a pet is very expensive...this won't be the last situation where she will need some sort of medical care.

Are there no free vet services where you live. In the UK we have the PDSA which is for people such as yourself, however, if you don't have such an organization , just contact a local vet and explain the situation, most will see the animal anyway and arrange easy payment terms for the fee. either way, the dog is your responsibility and you must seek veterinary help for this animal as soon as possible.

Take her to your local animal shelter or humane society. Most of them have a low cost (sliding scale). Do not let your puppy continue like this, a full bladder that can't be voided is extremely painful and can result in death. At worst case, turn her over to one of the above and they will give her the medical treatment she needs.

I'm sorry you can't take her to the vet but maybe you just don't know she is going. I had to try some warm tea the tea acted like a diuretic for my dog but go on line and ask the vet its free.

Sorry but she needs to go to the vet.. if you don't have the money to give her the proper care then you should not have a dog. It sounds like it could be a UTI and if so she will need medicine.
