I know he's doing the weather for Good Morning America now but I just loved looking at his face every afternoon. He's so good looking... he's like medicine to the eyes.

Even though it's from a major market station in New York City, he is still going form local to national so it is a good move for him or any newsperson. He'll still be based in New York, and I'm sure since both GMA and WABC are owned by ABC/Disney he'll probably make guest appearences on WABC local news shows from time to time. Bottom line, however, is that he was most likely offered more money by GMA. At WABC he worked 5 days a week for broadcasts aired from 5 - 6:30 PM and 11 - 11:35 PM. GMA during the week airs for 90 minutes. More money for lesss work - who wouldn't jump ship!
