Weight watchers... since you want to lose about 20 pounds i am guessing that it would be easy with WW diet. All you do is count your calories. You can eat anything you want thats low in fat with lots of fiber and not a lot of calories. Check this website for points value of foods. You figure out how many points you need by your weight now and eat less points as you loose weight. I've been on it for about a month and half and i lost 10 pounds already.

First step is calculate your height and then what should be your weight, when you get this you got to find out how much calories you require per day for that much of body weight and then start calculating how calories you are eating per day try to reduce it if its more. Dont stop eating that would decrease your metabolic rate rather eat four times, first a light break fast with less of carbohyderates and more of fibre. Eat light lunch. Eat two bisuits or a fruit in the late afternoon around 4 or 5 pm and then very light early dinner. When you take all these steps seriously you would sure fetch the results.

Try this free website where you can track your calories eaten and burned through exercise and also get support from chat boards with other members called http://www.sparkpeople.com
It's an excellent resource, full of good tips, tools and advice and even shows demonstrations of proper exercise and strength training techniques and it really got me motivated after years of demotivation. I don't what it was about this site, but I've been exercising nearly everyday since I started it.
I've lost 10 lbs so far, been on it for 2.5 weeks!

I don't know how long it is to the wedding, but 22.5 pounds is a heck of a lot of weight to lose, especially in a short time. Keep your caloric intake at around 1,000 a day, drinks lots and lots of water. This is not only good for you, but it will help with your hunger pains. After a few days, you will begin to notice a weight loss and it will continue to come off fast, if you stick to the diet.

not having time is a bit of an oxymoronic perspective when it comes to health
because
while you use it as an excuse to not work out or eat healthy today, the facts tend to indicate that you are shortening your lifespan and when you die, you really wont have any time
hhmmm!
