I have tried OTC eyedrops, still hurts, wondering if anyone else had this and wanted to share. Will go to my eye dr. tomorrow.

go see a doctor asap, it may be redeye, which for some reason is contagious!

Could be "pink eye" and in that case you need an anti-biotic. It is highly contageous. Or perhaps it's just an alergic reaction. . .but OTC eyedrops would probably have given you some relief. Do see your doctor.

is there goop in the corner. could be pink eye in which case you need special eyedrops. best to go to the doctor

Sounds like a case of conjuctivitis. Your doctor can prescribe an antibiotic ointment that you put on the lower eyelid to clear it up.

Sounds like pinkeye. Although it could be a sty. Check for any small bumps around your lashes (sty). If it's a sty you can do nothing. If it's pinkeye, you need antibiotics.

Maybe pink eye.. don't rub it too much and if you do make sure you clean your hand before and after. Be careful pink eye is contagious

sounds like pink eye, but everyone says that and they probably don't know any more than me. You could have just slept on it funny, but I would see a doctor.
