I'm a Christian. What is happening to the world today is very unfortunate. People are being judged by skin colour, race , nationality and religion. But why is that so? Its the way they were brought up. Religion sometimes does not bring people together , but tear people apart. They are segregated into their own groups and this leads on to pride, they believe that they are the best. Yes, I believe that I worship the true God, so does every other religion in the world.

As a Christian , there is a commandment from God that says - Love you neighbour as yourself. That should be the right way. Unfortunately , some people take the different approach and try to force you into the religion. It is mostly because of this reason that people tend to dislike christians. That is very sad and tragic indeed. i know it is not much, but on behalf of Christians everywhere, i am sorry for what you are going through. But believe me, in a bunch of rotten apples, you will find a good one. I do hope you meet one some day.

I'm from a country called Malaysia. We have different races such as Chinese , Malays(they are Muslims), Indians(Hindus) and many many others. I have many friends of such different backgrounds. I have never judged any of them and never will. Its not what is outside that counts, it is the person that is inside that I want to know.

yeah.. i do know islamic people or muslim people (btw what is the difference?) and they also seem to be peaceful people and say the koran is a peaceful book. I don't know that first hand, because I have never read it. But I agree not all muslim people are bad people. I know muslim people that are pretty cool. They just have a different religion than me, and I accept that. People need to do that. I think that would make more peace in the world. It is just the off the wall branches of religions that are the making hay in the world, whether it is Christian (there are some out there.) or muslim or jewish. They all have radical braches. I am not saying that they are wrong or right because I am not judging that. Most of the radical braches think that they are right and everyone else is wrong. That is not true. Everyone is different.

Holy run-on sentence, Batman!

Anyway, to answer your question... while no one should be judging anyone else, we are all only human, and it is natural for people to judge others, especially those who are not like ourselves.

And unfortunately, while each individual Muslim is different and very few of them are terrorists, all it takes is one terrorist to bring suspicion upon all Muslims. As the saying goes, "One bad apple spoils the barrel".

All you do, and it may get repetitive and annoying, but simply state, in a matter-of-fact manner, that even though your last name is Mohammed, you are 1) Christian, 2) American, and 3) not going to discuss the issue again.

I apologize if I have insulted you, but why on earth did you change your name ? Infidels, is what we are called. Muhammad is an Arab name. What do you excpect? Change your name to the slave name. You would have less of a hassle. Be proud of who you are. If your Christian then ask God to help you. Take care and may God bless you, Always.

Last time I checked, Christians weren't out blowing up buses, trains, and buildings with the sole intent of killing as many people as possible. Including Muslims.

"Allah hath purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law, the Gospel, and the Qur'an: and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah. then rejoice in the bargain which ye have concluded: that is the achievement supreme." Surah 9:111

Believers must fight for Allah. They must kill and be killed , and are bound to do so by the Torah, Gospel, and Quran. But Allah will reward them for it.
