Bipolar patients in treatment can still have breakthrough episodes of mania and/or depression, but those episodes tend to not last as long when compared to an untreated patient.

umm off? Manic episodes are indictive for bi-polar.. some people have more depressive swings and others more manic.. that's just the nature of the beast

yes some patiens acn only have the manic episodes ob BPD , btw BPD can have several patterns of presantations,

People who are bipolar can and do have different levels of this condition.
