You can adopt some pain relief measures (i.e., heating pad, pain pills, gentle exercise which releases endorphins, etc.) but the best method of treatment is surgical excision, which removes all disease from all locations. Performed by a true specialist, this method of removal has a better than 80% long-term success rate. See http://www.centerforendo.com, http://www.endometriosistreatment.org, and http://www.endoexcision.com for more info. Good luck and feel better.

I would suggest Ibuprofen and a heating pad. There is not a whole lot that can stop the pain except surgery. Have you spoken with your OBGYN? If not, you really should. In the meantime, try those two things. They should provide some relief. Be sure and not take anything that contains aspirin. Aspirin will thin your blood and promote bleeding, which would make things worse. Good luck.

I use the ThermaCare heat pads for my lower abdominal pain due to endo. They have a sticky back that clings to the inside of your underwear and lasts for at least 8 hours. Along with the heat pad I am prescribed Hydrocodone and Duragesic. If the pain is too unbearable, you really should discuss this with your GYN doctor. For me, I was referred to a Pain Management clinic, so now I see both the GYN doc and the Pain Consultant. Surgery works WONDERS for the pain too!! good luck and I hope you have a pain free day! :)

You really need to read "Endometriosis Bible & Violet Protocol" by Zoe Brown (also available in electronic format here: http://www.endometriosisbible.info ). It's about how to eradicate endometriosis disease forever. It worked for me, you will see results in only a matter of weeks. Good Luck!
