Well if you are going to get another cat make sure it is used to dogs because other wise they will get in fights, but what i would do is either say your getting one yourself with your own money or do alot of nice things for him and respect him.

If you get a kitten the older cats are usually more receptive and amused. In my experience of adding a new kitten to my existing older cats it has always worked out. One of my older cats tried to bully the kitten and all I said was "It's a baby" and she seemed to back off on the kitten. Of course I've said it more then once but somehow she understood. I've gone through this several times over the course of adopting pets and it always worked out.
What I've always told my husband is that the existing pet needs company to play with and be with when we aren't home. That seems to work everytime.

properly clarify you will guess between the little twine brushes and continually comb it so no cat hair and if it is going outdoors you will take a washcloth and wash it off and shelter it. If something of the kinfolk says they're going to pitch in and be responsible then that would do it, additionally make constructive no person is allergic to it. have exciting they are exciting and tell him it relatively is going to police the areas for vermin. If that doesn't artwork then get your mom and Sisters and you to no longer refer to him for a month if he does not provide in after that then sorry. Ha ha.

I would get a female. Usually opposite sexes get along better. Also would get a kitten. Adults would be more likely to have nasty fights.
