i feel interest with a girl but when i call her, she never pick up. is it she hate me?

NO that doesn't mean she hates you. Maybe you should leave her a voicemail and if she doesn't call you back then maybe you should ask her why she never picks up or if she would like to do something sometime. If she says no she doesn't want to do anything then i think you should move on to bigger and better things!
