I see the government trumpeting a hundred deportations here, a thousand there, after great investigative expense and morning raids by SWAT teams, etc. Yet Homeland Security estimates that there will be 302,000 subject to deportation in our county and state jails just this year who typically would NOT be deported.

Surely these are the ones who bother us most - why aren't they routinely deported?

What do you think?

what people dont seem to remember or understand. When wonderfull "Billary" was at the end of his presidency he opened the boards with the North American Free Trade Agreement . Other country's didn't send there hard working citizens with visas to work and make money , they laughed at the U.S. and opened there prisons and jails, crime went up, kidnappings went up, Drug trafficking went up. So YES report , deport and protect our boarders , these countries just got rid of there problems

No matter what you do, people will always find a way to come to the UK and US illegally, Often this is due to the huge amount the governments do for they're people and the illegal immigrants are trying to reep it in cos they're own governments are so rubbish.

Remember prevention is better then cure, its much more effective for the UK and US to improve these countries democractically so they're government starts doing much more for they're people and thus have less need for immigrants to come over

I think that we should focus in on other social problems rather than immigration issues. Human beings bring increased societal capacity--let's focus on reversing things that drain & hurt society. (Immigration does not do this.)
