Whenever we think about a crime than always a criminal is heavier than the police and the system. As we all know that what did happen that day at ujjain there is nothing hidden now, it shocked us to watch on television and as well as arguments did by them to senior most prof. But although what i think that there are going to be said clean cheated as it was not a pre-planned murder it was an incident which at which we really feel sorry ( in the words of honable chief minister of MP). We all can't forget what did happen at godhra (gujrat) few years back. But what is punishment given, the victims family are still fighting for judgement and the criminals are free as they are wondering free on the roads without any fear.
So buddy it's all about india, it's not the end but it is that the starting of 21st century.

Yes they will in all likelihood go scot free. The case mostly depends on how the charges are filed. A murder offence is basically a non-bailable offence. However all the accused have been charged with bailable offences where the margin of culpability is what the law & order machinery decides it should be. In this case the police has chosen to be very mild in its interpretation of the death and at the end of the that is the definition that will stay.

It must be remebered that in this case the onus of prosecution lies with the state and many leaders of the state govt. and executive have been adopting the tone of "bacche hai" its a minor mistake.

They killed a teacher [a Guru] , the criminals will not go scot free.

Their own conscious started punishing them.

The law of the country will do its work, may be some delay.

The law of the nature will also punish the culprits.

People have lost faith in the law & order machinery. Some people may try to defend it but the reality is staring right on our face. We try to ignore but we shall bear in mind that one it can happen to us. Very scary. I wish God gives strength for Mr.Sabarwal's family and justice will be upheld.
