Symptoms:

Need one mug even to start the day.

Drink five mugs every morning. Less as the day goes on. How many mugs?

Do you add sugar, or, perhaps, milk?

I went out with a twit once and he would have had 17 cups by lunchtime, each one with a cigarette. He had so much caffeine in him he nearly was bouncing off the walls and he coughed like a trooper.

It was totally disgusting.

Personally, I only have one cup of coffee first thing in the morning, and thereafter just drink water or occasionally, camomile tea.

I am not addicted to tea, but I am addicted to coffee. I have to have a cup first thing in the morning before I do anything. Then have quite a few through the day.

Tea is considered a diuretic. meaning it motives you to lose water. ingesting surely tea will stain your tooth, and make you dehydrated, affecting your bladder and kidneys. when you're going to drink 7 cups an afternoon, drink it by a straw to shop it from staining your tooth. (convinced, i'm American lol) And, upload to it 2 great glasses of water, one contained in the morning and one contained in the nighttime. That way you received't get dehydrated.

No, I'm not. I don't drink tea in large quantities everyday.
I usually drink a cup of tea in the afternoon, but not everyday.
My usual brand is either lipton or ceylon or boh tea.
