ask family.
apply for help from your state. in california we have medi-cal, food stamps, wic, welfare. i'm not sure where you are from but there are a lot of ways to get help. call your state's social services or human resource council. they can help you with everything from a place to live to food to your pre-natal vitamins and doctor visits.
don't drink or do drugs or smoke. take good care of yourself.
in the meantime, find a family clinic, like planned parenthood, and get an exam, they will also tell you about good nutrition and where to get help and answer any questions you have.
good luck! God bless you and your new baby!

People have given some great answers so far.

You could also consider giving the baby up for adoption. By doing so, it is very likely that you'd be able to get basic necessities and prenatel care from the adoptive parents.

Just a suggestion.
