I have long and fine hair that always looks like I've been in a wind storm. What shampoo and conditioner available in the USA is best to tame it?

Neutrogena shampoo and conditioners are great, no buildup from the shampoo, it will even clear off old build up from other shampoo and conditioners you have used before.

I also use frizz ease products, but only the serum. As far as shampoo and conditioner my hair prefers, Garnier Fructis, I used to use Pantene but switching up a bit is better for the hair.
Garnier Fructis has a very extensive product line and I didn't start using it till my son brought it in one day. Ive been using it every since.
There is another that I use on occasion and it's Biosilk. I use the shampoo and conditioner that is suitable for my hair but the other product of theirs I use every time is a leave in spray called Silk Filler. It's wonderful!!!!

I have long and thick hair, with a highlight, and I use stuff from the salon usually...silky, sexy hair products...but here recently someone turned me onto Finesse moisturizing shampoo and I love it....and for a conditioner Im using the new Vive, in the orange bottle, for smooth results. WOW, it laid my hair down great. Mine always looked a mess too, breakage and all. Try those two together. I love the results I got, you will too. It fixed the problem.

I really like the Aussie Moist shampoo and conditioner with the Knot Forgotten at the end. Sometimes use the Knot Forgotten as a leave in...it works great and all the stuff smells fab!

For salon products.. Matrix (the orange bottle) deep conditioner is really really good!!! Biosilk for smoothing the friz works really well.

For Regular Products.
Try GOT 2B Crazy sleek.. this stuff is professional strength but not professional cost. It works really well with your blow dryer or straightner.
For regular conditioner.. Pantene is probably the best, but it is really worth it to use a salon conditioner.

Try the Frizz Ease serum after washing. It really smooths frizzy hair.
