balance between getting to know someone who is a good quality person, but not letting them get too close since I don't want to be serious

My biggest problem was finding the time.
I work crazy hours. I can only go on a date during the day. Most decent guys are working during the day. The guys I work with aren't even worth thinking about.
My other problem was I have a kid. Who wants a girl with a kid/
I was lucky enough to find a man that works at night too. And has two kids.

Honestly, it's hard to find guys that want to go out on an actual date. Don't say I'm coming to pick you up and we can go to my house and watch movies and chill...WHAT??? Take me to dinner, to a festival, movies, bowling, car show, anything to get to know me as a woman. If I'm coming to your house, you can only want one thing. Most guys just don't put forth the effort to seriously get to know a young lady by dating and seeing what a woman is about. So until a guy formally asks me out and comes to get me, I'm not dating.

asking the person out I usually let them do the asking,sometimes I`m kinda shy,and how I look sometimes.....I donthave much but if you like a guy being shy can be a big trouble

There's like 3 girls that like me, but im dating someone else, and they're always calling me and asking me if I want to go out, and they just don't get it that im with someone else.
