she will know it's dead and push it out of the way of it's siblings. you probably don't need to do anything at this point but if she begins to reject her other kittens then you might have to take care of them yourself. that probably won't happen since cats are known for being good mothers.

Wanna know the truth? Natural cat instinct is to either throw out the stillborn kitten or to eat it. While this seems cold, it's really only because mother cats in the wild would not be able to keep the rest of the little clean and safe with a dead kitten decomposing around the rest of the babies, so they get rid of it. So, if the cat has a stillborn, let her sniff it so she knows it is dead and then get rid of the kitten.

Not very sure. Going to check for you. Coming right back.
By the way tell you some jokes, and the jokes goes:
-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?
-What problem?
One more joke:
A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.

some mother cats act like they could care less and others try to clean it and do all the motherly things it's supposed to until it realizes it's dead. it's really sad. but not much different from humans. some take to there children love and nurture them. some can't and don't bond with there children and think them to be an inconvenience. i say this from experience I've seen it on both sides of these subjects.

why does it matter, it's dead? a very preventful way of preventing this from happening is SPAYING your cat!!!! common sense lady!!!! that will definatly prevent a stillborn kitten!!! maybe you should think about that!!!! you clearly have no clue how to handle a pregnant cat in the first place!!!! quit producing more unwanted homeless cats/kits in this world!!! your female will live a longer healthier life if you get her spayed!!!! spay her ASAP!!!!!! also, if anybody says that female cats are "supposed" to have their first litter, then I should tell you or them now that their dead wrong!!!

she really wont be remorsefull about it. most likely will end up eating it so as to not waste the meat. the best thing to do would be to bury it before she finds it.
