I have read some of the Quran, and it says 2 things that I understand, but the people of the middle east do not follow;
1. It says that women and men should cover their "private parts", and everything that is normally visible on people, may be left uncovered. Then why do the women wear burka? Hair is not a private part.
2. Muhammad said that Jews are enemies. The people that call them selves Christians are friends. Why Middle eastern people hate Christians if their prophet said that they are friends?

You are right about both of things, but I want to go in little bit detail:

1. Covering head and all over the body of women was the tradition of old religious sex practicioners from higher families to hide thier identity, you can find its tracks in old Persian, Greek and also in middle eastern history.

2. Historically Mohammad said that Jews (not those jews those are living in the current days, but he said that for the Jews of that time) are your enemies because they have crusified Jesus and Jesus was second last prophet in line from Muhammad so he has condemend jews.

About middle easterns, they will never understand and will never think about their own religion.

When the Quran mentioned the Christians,there are many phases it refers to.The first being the Abbysinian Christians.
The Quran never said that Jews are enemies,only trouble-makers are.This is evident when the Jews returned to Jerusalem for the first time during the Muslim rule after a long absent and being expelled from it during the revolt of AD 72.
Middle eastern people were living harmoniously until the Western Christianity came to split them apart.

1. Here is evidence from both Quran and Sunnah as to why women wear niqab (face veil), which is part of the hijab (full body covering). http://muttaqun.com/niqab.html

Burka is a persian word, not found in Islam, but describing a "complete privacy" practice found in pakistan, afghanistan, etc. So, the word "burka" is not actually from Islam, just so you know.

2. no, there was a specific war against a specific group of jews at the time that they were fighting. He was clearly refering to that. There is no question about this proper context when you read the verses before and after it.

The reason certain muslims hate all christians and/or all jews is due to taking it too far, lumping everyone together, (for example) after watching a jewish soldier destroy their house and shoot their innocent family members who were simply in their homes. So they develop a hatred for ALL jews, out of anger, revenge, distress, suicidal thoughts, despair, etc. It is not from the religion of Islam to hate ALL Jews or ALL Christians. Only fight those who fight you because of your religion.

Quran 2:190
And fight in the Way of Allâh THOSE WHO FIGHT YOU, but transgress not the limits. Truly, Allâh likes not the transgressors.

Quran 60:8 - Allâh does not forbid you to deal justly and kindly with those who fought not against you on account of religion and did not drive you out of your homes. Verily, Allâh loves those who deal with equity.
