There is probably some sticky build-up on them. Just take a scrap piece of paper and close the key on it. This will clean the key and hopefully solve your problem.

By the keys do you mean the pads? The easiest way to get pads to stop sticking is to fold up a dollar bill and place it in between the pad and the saxophone squeeze it together and pull it out. Now if you're talking about the actual keys, that needs to go to a repair man because some springs might be broken. That would cause a "sticking" situation.
