Its important because im praticing for for a speech competion that i got in 4 place last this year i want first so heres the speech
No, I'm not an American. I'm one of the 22 million black people who are the victims of Americanism. One of the 22 million black people who are the victims of democracy, nothing but disguised hypocrisy. So, I'm not standing here speaking to you as an American, or a patriot, or a flag-saluter, or a flag-waver - no, not I. I'm speaking as a victim of this American system. And I see America through the eyes of the victim. I don't see any American dream; I see an American nightmare.

Well perhaps not racist, but certainly anti-American. The system for all its faults in the past up to the current day, is the only one that allows you to freely express views like these. perhaps you should remember that.

"I will say, upon starting, that it'd be good to see where you're going with the speech exactly...because while Racist isn't exactly the right word to describe your speech, Anti-Americanism, in a post 9/11 world should cause some problems...You may want to explain a little clearer the reasons why you take that stance...Definitely think about re-editing the format...either that, or bring Kevlar to wear.

More like insipid whining, but that's OK, we expect you to be a whiner. Someone who will bittch about how tough the last 35 years of Affirmative Action have been, but won't move one inch closer to mother Africa. Its why people still use the N word.

it isn't racist but it is defiantly true, even if I'm not a black person, it is true how so many Americans treat other people like skum. I'm not proud to be American even though i technically am, i want to leave this god-forsaken country of woe and go somewhere else...

hmm, why has the system failed you, maybe you failed it..as a black person you should be busting your balls trying to make a good life for yourself, we could still have slavery going on, would that be better, or we could be one on the starving disease infested
poor people from Africa so be grateful that you are here.its a shame what our ancestors went through but lets move on and dry up the tears so that we can make a Good life for ourselves
and for it to be racist it would need to be aimed at a RACE

Debate,
Your speech is not racist.
May I suggest that instead of focusing on your hatred of America (and all of the reasons you feel it's justified), you focus on the positive aspects of your own country, and it's people.
Good luck in the competition.

i don't think racism in this speech is the issue. maybe you should stop worrying about the us and worry more about the issues in your country and what you can do to improve them. if you aren't part of the solution your part of the problem. stop feeling sorry for youself

it seems to be somewhat racist. sounds like you're saying blacks are not American because of the color of their skin. there are Greek-Americans,Polish-Americans,etc.the point is too consider yourself a Haitian-American,African-American,whatever your nationality is. some are racist, some are not.

Well in my opinion, it's not particulary racy, and I haven't seen the other speeches so I could not possibly comment on whether or not it is the 'raciest'. Define racy please. In ten words or less.
