It's an excellent resource, full of good tips, tools and advice and even shows demonstrations of proper exercise and strength training techniques and it really got me motivated after years of demotivation. I don't what it was about this site, but I've been exercising nearly everyday since I started it.
I've lost 10 lbs so far, been on it for 2.5 weeks!

I have the same problem! The best way to deal is to cut down eating helpings and start to excersise more. Join soccer or something. Whatever gets you moving should do the trick. Oh and don't eat snacks or junk food, that just makes matters worse!

if you want to be thin , yoga and pranayma can help a lot .
you can learn that from ramdeababa's yoga program in aastha channel. its a nice program that can help you a lot.
jogging can also help.it is better if you run daily.
cycling can also help.
try to maintain a diet free of too much oil and fat.
try to avoid sweets and potatos.
try to sleep less.

dont do dieting..it will only worsten the condition....exercise regularly.... have healthy food....1 hr of walking in the morning...... jogging is better but u need to take the same amount of food every day...take less fat content food...ur problem will surely be solved but in a slow process....remember the quote "SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE"
