Penis. Seriously I think im about 5.5 inch and want to be about 6.5 inches. Is there surgery that would help me or is there products that help?

Lose a lot of weight. It will make your penis look larger than what it is.
As far as surgery, no there is none.

No. And much like most that go under the knife for whatever plastic surgery procedure, it would never be enough. Just don't worry so much about your imperfections and focus on letting your parter know how perfect they are.

yes . Look up a condition called micro penis . Infants with this condition they preform some kind of surgery to fix it . I heard they can preform it on any male .

Gosh, if your going to go bigger go not just an inch go to at least a 7.5 or 8. Why go through that much pain if you only want to be a inch bigger. GO BIG.

There are penile implants. I would give it some serious thought though. You don't have to be large to make good love to a woman.
