Uhm....Get some cut chicken from the salad isle. Tortillas from wherever. And assorted cheese (shredded).
OPen the tortilla put the 2 things in. Fold it in half and micro it for like 20-30+ seconds. Cut it in 4 triangle pieces.
My favorite food: A quesadilla. IT WILL WORK!

Vegetable Pizza, Easy to make , Cheap & it will feed quite a few people, sorry i dont have a recipe handy but if you buy a packet of ranch seasoning at the grocery store there is a recipe on the back. Enjoy.

A friend of mine has many get togethers including lots of kids. She makes a kids veggie plate (separate from the adults, double dipping you know) and has a yogurt dip or ranch. She will make a fruit plate and rarely has chips or pretzels. Mostly healthy foods and the kids love it.
