about migrant workers being lazy. i can personally vouch for their work ethic. they don't over charge and are only too willing to please. i've just used the services of a migrant, i think she was from senegal lovely lady we conversed in french. anyway whats wrong with migrants? i'm very happy are you?

There is nothing wrong with any legal immigrant.Its the illegal ones that are the problem,at least in the USA.I could go into detail but frankly today I'm tired of the whole debate.its a lesson in futility..I will not change my views and the illegal supporters wont change theirs because most have a vested interested.such as being a spouse,etc.I will always oppose illegality and nothing will change that.i am totally against rewarding illegals with the gift of American citizenship for having been a illegal criminal for 5 yrs or more.That's absurd.

My husband was called out to check some electrical work. He was horrified. The homeowners were lucky to be alive. They'd even tucked the live wires behind the beams , just where you came into the attic and reached for support.
If you want to take on migrant workers, check their qualifications before you let them loose with your electrics. He's seen quite a few of these jobs.

There's a huge credibility gap between anecdotal 'evidence' as published in the tabloids and the actual experience of people on the ground, as it were. People are too quick to generalise and stereotype, particularly when the topic is a contraversial one.

You can vouch all you want...we don't care.
AND do you have any murders or rapist or thieves who also need to be vouched for? Are you also going to advocate for them...as a high number of illegals streaming into our country are hardened criminals and pose a danger to us...and to our nation....are YOU screening them for possible terrorist activities?
Until you understand the word "criminal", we have nothing to talk about.

i would curtail the migration of all immigrants to this country. Enoch Powell was criticised when he advocated this but now it seems he may have been right.
