Take her in to the vet. This could be minor or it could be something like DM or other spinal problems. Could be a slipped or herniated disc. Some breeds are prone to these problems.

Wells dogs were inadvertently selected to keep puppy characteristics . Adult wolves can do a little tail wagging when a member comes back to greet the pack. But nothing like a dog will do. Here is some interesting info though on how dogs use and read the tail wagging . So in dogs this is an important communication tool. As well as useful for the dogs in activating a positive response in their owners and people around them also. A dog who does not or cannot wag its tail to communicate is at a disadvantage in the dog world.

Is it possible that she broke it somehow? Sometime breaks become more painful after the initial shock wears off. My son walked home on his broken ankle from basketball practice (wearing high top shoes and sports wrap, they thought it was just sprained.) The next morning he couldn't even touch it to the floor.

She could have hurt herself playing with the other dog or perhaps the other dog did something to her without playing. She could have been running and hurt herself. Take her to the vet.
Maybe a bee stung her, or a snake, take her to the VET!!

Take her to the vet, it can be something very minor or very major. Don't doddle, take her as soom as the vet open's in the morning. If she is in pain, you don't want to let ir continue a minute longer than is absolutely necessary. Good luck.
