my gf and i broke up last thursday, i am really blue...all i think about is her...i know they say that time heals everything,but...it's just so hard...how much time does it takes?

a good aproximation is that it takes about half the time of the relationship for you to get over it. so if you dated for a year then it will take about 6 months to get over her. but it will happen eventualy even if it seems that its imposible now.

It can take as long as you want it to take. Trust me its been 5 years and I still haven't got over it, however I have had relationships after that which just delay the proccess. It would be wrong to go out and get hooked up with another girl, as it wont be fair on the other gal. So I say give yourself a month or so, and start again. Talk to the girl you broke up with, tell her how you feel, and at least you can become friends without leaving on a bad note or upset note.
It takes time my friend. Be strong and everything will work out.

It can take a life time or the next best thing dat walkz into ur life, I know itz hard, but tell urself, "It is not meant 2 b, 4 now." B honest with urself don't try to forget her cause dat will just make u think of her more, think of her until ur heart getz tired of it, talk about, if u need a friend I won't b there, so talk to ur friendz n if the laugh, than find some new friendz, Tryin is failin'!!!!

the time it takes to get over someone depends on how long you were together and why you broke up plus other factors. Time will heal you.
