To me, happiness is sitting by the side of a pool talking to my swim coaches after a hard summer morning practice, and the feeling I get after I win a race and get a best time, and going a day with no fighting in my house... well, there's a lot, but what makes you happy? *Learning new things and helping people in whatever way that makes THEM smile... that pleases me and makes me happy. *Also just talking and inneracting with people. *Playing with my animals who don't judge me and are happy to be with me. *Doing something that I'm proud of that I accomplished.

there are many things that make me happy of course, but off the top of my head I would say being by an ocean or lake beach. Listening to some good music. Eating some great food with people you love. Just spending time with the family and friends.

So many things makes me happy. My family, My friends, a good
book, birds, flowers, singing, playing the piano, and taking a trip
once in awhile, tho I haven't done that in a long time.
Oh and clouds make me happy, a full moon too. I told you that
there are so many things that make me glad to be alive.
No, I am not rich, I have several health problems, but the good
moments are worth it all.

Christmas, even if it's july just thinking about future Christmas', the lit tree, baking, the carols, the warm feeling. I always imagine and think about it when I'm feeling depressed, so far it's the only thing that works the best.

forests in the early morning, when the first rays of sun come through the trees, and there is cool, wet dew on the leaves. its all so pretty. if only i didnt live in the middle of the suburbs. :(

chocolate makes me happy, and spending time with the ones I love, also I coach cheerleading, and that makes me happy because it keeps me away from my problems.
