I have known him since the 8th grade (I am now 17 and in the 11th) and have liked him for about the same amount of time. But once high school hit, our friendship slowly smoldered to nothing more than a smile in the hall way because we haven't been in the same classes or lunches, etc. But this year I have Physics with him and I want to become his gf. Only problem is that I haven't talked to him in so long that I don't know what to say without sounding like a freak.

He is a metal-head with hair down to his shoulders and amazing green/blue eyes. I know he loves Metallica but I don't know enough to start a conversation about them. HELP ME!!!

Ask him to hang out with you somtime or just ask him how hes been what hes been up to! if you want to be with him you have to show your intrested, ask him if hes been to any gigs latley! and if he wants to hang otu somtime, in the end when you two are closer tell him that you realy like him and you have for ages, you dont want to jsut come out with it, you cant make him ask you you have to ask him! he might be the same waiting for you to ask, get to know him :)
hope it helps

in class ask him " what is your fav metallica cd I want to buy a cd for a friend and I am not sure which one to pick can you help?" this could start a conversation also ask about a physics question you only SOUND like a freak if YOU think you do ...you are a young woman in the 07 just walk up to him "gr8 hair" and keep walking look at him in class make eye contact smile and look away the next move may be his if he doesn't respond he may not be interested...move on ...OR ask him out! Wanna go get something to eat after...? GO GIRL!... YOU take charge...

Ask him what his fav Metallica track is, it's a start. Also, knowing that you're gonna be in the same class, ask him how he's gettin' on with physics. I'm guessing the subject's not easy for everyone. If he's strugglin', struggle together. If you're better, offer to help. If he's any good, ask him for advice.
