well was wonderin bout diabetes or blood sugar probs i rarely eat sweets but when i do and get lot sugar i get restless and nervous among other things could this b sign or what? im heathly and only 18 but diabetes runs in the family

It could be that you have a sensitivity to sugar. Some people have an allergy to sugar and the symptoms you are describing are a couple of the symptoms. Of course go to your doctor and be checked out but it might be wise to stay away from sugar.

It is possible that what you describe is a sign. You need some fasting blood work done to check your glucose levels.
Do it soon, because if caught early, you can get pre-diabetes under control.
