1. Talk and play with them.
2. Remember you are not their parent, follow their parents rules and let the children know that you respect their parents and that is why you follow their parents rule -- but let them get away with extremely little things (like give them an extra cookie or let them stay up about 15 minutes past bedtime). Be sure to be firm on the big things, and let them know that if they misbehave you will be disappointed, and will have to tell their parents.
3. Smile at them lots, and laugh with them. Give them hugs if they want them, and be genuinely glad to see them.
4. Occassionally (not all the time) bring them treats or presents -- check with their parents before you do this the first time though.

Naruto is unlike that during any respect! you could desire to appreciate the story line. Its some boy call Naruto hhhahaha who has a monster interior him (theory they adjust into friendly) and as a new child he has no acquaintances kinfolk and lives an extremely painful existence for a new child yet slowly he constructive factors acquaintances and turns into particularly a useful ninja. The "angsty emo guy" additionally grew up on my own, after witnessing his brother bloodbath his entire prolonged kinfolk whilst he substitute into 8 mutually along with his parents . He substitute into the only one left alive. of course, this is going to have some effect if no longer a extensive effect on the guy. the story follows the two certainly one of them yet there are hundreds of alternative mind-blowing characters, sturdy and evil. The fights are EPIC and the story line is noticeably mind-blowing. i'm an older fan and it used to truly like it and guess what? i nevertheless do and that i wont ever drop it :) so thats my opinion :D

Whatever you feel is right with youl.
A sense of humor; laugh a lot. Kids love happy people and a sitter that will entertain them.
Getting active in games, like baseball, or basketball, or just going for nature walks whatever kids like to do.
And listening, and being there for them, and if they ask advice give it. Be the best you can be.
When they confide in you, and ask for you and rant and rave about you, you know you won them over.
Above all KEEP POSITIVE. They need a GOOD role model like you.

the best way to get kids to like you is to just be yourself . . don't try to be someone or something that you are not . . they can tell a fake from a mile away . . . just show general concern for them . . ask them about school and different things that may be going on in their lives . . . find out their interests and plan things to do around those topics . . . just have fun . . I'm sure they already look up to you . .

Ask them what they like to do, and do it with them.
Respect them, and you will earn respect in return.
Always be the adult; never act out in anger.
Give positive feedback. When discipline is necessary, always give it in a way that is not belittling or condescending.

Don't do things that will make them uncomferable. Don't MAKE them meet your boyfriend unless they want to. Don't MAKE them go to the pool just so you can hang with your best friend. YOU'RE the babysitter, your job is to make the kids happy.

Talk to them. LISTEN to them. Do things with them. Play board games. Read, do skits, have fun. Don't be their friend, be their mentor.
