the other day i caught my janitor with his hand down his pants and scratched his butt then smelled it what should i do

He probably didn't know you were around and he was probably making sure he didn't smell or something.....who knows.........dont worry about it.......its his concern............just don't touch his hand...who knows where else its been..........he was embrassed I'm sure so w/e just leave it alone
