Time and time again I see this question asked in someway or another . He gave us life and gives us knowledge. Then we rebel against Him, breaking His law, Then we point our fingers back at Him and blame Him for our misdeeds demending to know why He allow these evils. Why didn't He stop the child killer? For that matter why didn't He stop you from sinning. Would you love Him if He forced you to obey Him?... You might tell Him you love Him out of fear but would you really love Him? Would you feel loved if people were forced to say they loved you? You can't honestly say you would want such a world. God is doing what is required, 99.999% of the evil in this world is caused US not by Satan and not by God. ...Jim

Whatsoever a men soweth the same shall he also reap. Galatians 6:7

To many people try to blame God for the evil and why he allows it? He doesnt! We do, by our lack of knowledge or ignorance. He's given principles to live by, to live a successful life. Men still fighting to do it there own stubborn way. When a drunk driver kills someone, "we say ,Why did God do that? He didnt, the man that was driving drunk did it! Why did he allow it? He didn't! The man driving drunk did it! Now the way to stop this is to take the driver out of behind the wheel. Too many people try to blame GOD for all there misfortune when it was You Making Wrong Choices!

There is not a god. Its just us down here. There is not any magic in the sky or evil down under ,where ever that's supposed to be. Ignorance to science and physics and especially to astrology was the foundation to people blaming there problems or coping with what they did not understand on some other reason other than there own short comings. "It has to be a higher power " or "Gods wish "was an easy comforting way to get through a disaster. We can take a fun course in school and learn about all the Greek gods that lived in the sky the ocean and held up the earth. People once believed that with the same passion and intensity that people believe in todays updated version of religious ignorance.Education was the end to Greek Mythology and also the end to the Volcano gods in our own sate of Hawaii. There is a cave on Oahu that the native Hawaiians believed was where all life came from. It wasn't a humorous tourist site 1000 years ago.Education cures all ignorance.

Why God Allows Pain
A man went to a barbershop to have his hair cut and his beard
trimmed. As the barber began to work, they began to have a good
conversation. They talked about so many things and various subjects.
When they eventually touched on the subject of God, the barber
said: "I
don't believe that God exists." "Why do you say that?" asked the customer.
"Well, you just have to go out in the street to realize that
God doesn't
exist. Tell me, if God exists, would there be so many sick
people?
Would there be abandoned children? If God existed, there would
be
neither suffering nor pain. I can't imagine a loving a God who
would
allow all of these things."
The customer thought for a moment, but didn't respond because
he didn't
want to start an argument. The barber finished his job and the
customer
left the shop. Just after he left the barbershop, he saw a man
in the
street with long, stringy, dirty hair and an untrimmed beard.
He looked
dirty and unkempt.. The customer turned back and entered the barber shop again and
he said
to the barber: "You know what? Barbers do not exist." "How can you say that?" asked the surprised barber. "I am
here, and I
am a barber. And I just worked on you!" No!" the customer exclaimed. "Barbers don't exist because if
they did,
there would be no people with dirty long hair and untrimmed
beards, like
that man outside." "Ah, but barbers DO exist! What happens is that people do not
come to
me." "Exactly! "- affirmed the customer. "That's the point! God
DOES exist!
What happens is that people don't go to Him and do not look for
Him.
That's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world."

You are right. God gives us free will to love Him or to leave Him. If we choose to leave Him, i. e. to rebel against Him, we ourselves become responsible for our actions. If we choose to terrorize others, we will be terrorized in the future. For example, there is so much problem with terrorism today because people terrorize cows in the slaughterhouses and unborn babies in abortion clinics.
Yes, God does not force anybody to love Him, because that would not be love. Though most of the living beings, far more than 99,999% choose to love God and to remain with Him eternally in the spiritual kingdom. We all here in this material world are tiny minority of stupid rebels who made the foolish choice to leave God. However, we can change our mind at any moment and surrender to Him again.
The evil of this world is 100% caused by us, as explained above. God is not personally interested in the affairs of this material world, because His affairs in the spiritual world with His pure devotees are far more interesting. Only if somebody becomes Lord's devotee in this world, the Lord takes personal interest in such a person, otherwise everything is done through His energies.
How did you come to your realizations?

We all make our own choices in life, He doesn't control us and we have free will. We cause the evil in this world because that's the way we choose to be and we choose to sin. It's all our fault that the world is the way it is. If i was told how to be and what to do by Him 24-7--I would rebel(which I do and everyone else does too).

On the contrary, I believe that 100% of the evils commited in this world is caused by humans and humans alone. To throw the blame onto something as imaginery as the Devil speaks ill of the person you are.

It simply means you are not mature or responsible enough to face the music for your own actions (directly or indirectly).

Because He gave us free will. We have free will, and so we are able to make the choices to do evil things. Child killers have free wills, too. If we didn't have that, then we'd have God controlling everything we do.

In the beginning, when God created man, he gave him dominion over the earth. (follow me so far?)
When Satan convinced Eve to break God's law, she convinced Adam to do it as well.
As Adam broke God's law he also gave rulership / dominion, to Satan who has owned it ever since.
God's rule begins again in the resurrection of us who believe him, and work for him, thus casting our lot with him as King again.
