Depends on what season of the year it is. I live in a Great Plains state and we don't have air conditioning. If its 100 degrees outside chances are I'm not going to drink coffee. What a surprise, huh? However, in the fall, winter or spring I will drink anywhere from 1 cup of coffee to 5 or 6, just depending upon how I'm feeling. When its -20 outside and 50 degrees inside (we heat only with wood stove) then coffee is the best warm for warming me up. I used to drink tea but I've gone "off" it.

My son who is 15 drinks coffee. He's drank coffee for about 5 or 6 years now. He has ADHD and it helps him. He only drinks about half of a cup and not every day. He is about like me. If the weather is cool he will drink it but when its hot outside he doesn't want it.

I'm a Millstone girl. My favorite blend is half Hazelnut Cream and half Bite of Seattle, but since we moved out to the middle of nowhere we cant get Bite of Seattle blend so I use Bed and Breakfast with the Hazelnut Cream. I cant stand Seattle's Best or Starbucks, except for their Mocha Frappicinos. Those are the bomb!

Goddess Bless!

I would probably drink a cup of coffee a day and that is good
enough for me. The reason is coffee has caffeine which is
addictive and if you drink it in large quantities every day, you
become addicted to it. I don't want to be in this situation.

At least one every morning before work/working out. I have a bench top espresso machine, so don't often need to buy coffee out. I also got a great Organic Columbian blend the other day and that pretty much gets me wired for the day!

1 cup of decaf a day, used to drink 1 pot of regular. I started having heart palpitations so bad I couldn't fall asleep at night. I just couldn't give it up all together since I love the taste so that's what I cut back to. Caffeine withdrawal sucked, headache for 2 weeks straight.

none. I don't like the taste of coffee or it's abrasiveness on the stomach... actually I find that a glass or bottle of water in the morning helps to wake me up. Just getting rehydrated helps more than anything else...

Maybe a medium coffee every other day. Only from Seattle's Best, closest to home, wakes me up no matter what time of day and helps me pull through work until its releasing time.
