Depends, is it fat free yogurt or does it have some fat in it?

If it has some fat in it, the person will probably be fine. Just bored.

The fat free stuff has all those chemicals in it (like Nutrasweet) and and would probably make them malnourished as well.

Yes, but not on a permanent basis.

Gandhi ate only goat curds, (similar to cottage cheese) yogurt milk and he was extremely healthy.

It is said that in countries where people consume large amounts of yogurt, they live to a very ripe old age, in good health.

Body fat does not in any way contribute to good health. It means a person has eaten more than their body needed so body stores
the excess.

Anytime I want a snack, it's yogurt and always have one before bedtime. It is the food of champions.

Nuhno. The body needs a lot of things that yoghurt wont cover. Dont starve yourself, eat normal, and not too much.

Doubtful; would imagine that all those living "cultures" in the yogurt would eventually become too much for your body; Hey, maybe you can be the first volunteer for this to see what happens when you eat "YOGURT ONLY FOR THE NEXT YEAR"! Do it for science, man; see if you can get in the Guinness' Book of world records!

I don't think it's healthy for anyone to eat only one thing for the rest of their life. You need different vitiams and protein as well as water.
So no, I don't think you'd be in good health.

No, your body needs vitamins of all sorts and yoghurt does not contain all of those.

NO. People were not created to eat yougurt only. People need to eat vegetables, meat, fruits, grains, and dairy.
If you were to eat only one of these, you would miss out on a lot of different nutrients your body and brain need to function.

Gandhi drank yogurt milk and ate a clove of garlic every day. He was thin I admit, but in good health
