Find a hidden place and install a switch that only you know about that interrupts the power to the fuel pump. Home alarm systems have a magnetic close switch on windows and magnet on the sash. Under your arm rest center console place mag switch on the back side hidden and drop the magnet onto the spot to run the car coin holder modified works great. Just Keep an extra magnet in the glove box some nerd might see the magnet and put it in his pocket. Immobilized for under 20 dollars
