Tired all the time.
An effort to do anything, but a rush of energy after eating that did not last long.

Anemia occurs when the body is unable to produce enough red blood cells, which results in a decrease in the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood. Red blood cells contain hemoglobin, which carries oxygen to all parts of the body. When hemoglobin levels are decreased, less oxygen can be carried throughout the body.
The decreased delivery of oxygen causes symptoms like fatigue, tiredness, dizziness, shortness of breath, and may cause the skin to appear pale. Fortunately, there are treatments available to improve anemia and its symptoms.

you feel completely exhausted make sure you take iron tablets and eat food rich in iron such as eggs, red meat, green leafy veg and watercress.
Don't over do things take it easy and if you give blood normally you must not as they will not take it.
Make sure you have iron regularly in your diet. I
f it comes back make sure you go to the doctor for a blood test to check your levels, you will know if it comes back as you won't be 100%.
If it is really bad you may need an injection b12

It's a long list: Constant fatigue; couldn't get enough sleep. Extremely run down, always getting colds, mouth ulcers - you name it. No concentration. No strength and no energy. If you go to the Dr's and get a blood test they will tell you if you are anaemic or not.
