I will (unflavored PUR filtered water, seldom actual tap water) and everyone should. In fact, there is a formula to determine exactly how much water each of us should drink each day. Take you weight and dvide it in half. The number you get is the number of ounces of water you should drink each day:
150 lbs / 2 = 75 ounces of water each day
We should also drink additional water (ounce for ounce) of any alcohol we drink (so if you have a 4 ounce glass of wine, you should drink and extra 4 ounces of water).
Maintaining proper hydration is important for brain function, to keep your skin looking good and keeps the body fluids moving. It will help clean out your system and help control your hunger.
And please America, don't be fooled by the Crystal Light commercials. As soon as you add anything to water, it is considered food by the body and not water - and when you add synthetic sweetners to it, you have diminished all of the benefit. That stuff dissolves into the water and can not be seperated out by the body to deliver water where it needs to go.
Peace!

Until regulations are put in place re: the bottled water industry, tap water in big cities is actaully better than about half of the bottled products on the market.
The only ones to truly trust would be produced by Large Corps like Pepsi (Aquafina - the water filtration system used, (located in Michigan) is about the size of my house - former employee), Coke Disani ( I am sure it is the same as Aquafina) and Nestle water products. The reason I would buy from the big three is because their names and reputations are at stake so they take precautions and do analysis to ensure the product is safe.
I live in Canada, a few years ago there was a small town (like 10,000 people) that had a problem with their underground source of water. At the same time there was also a bottled water on the market that was sourced 8 miles down the road from this small town, how safe do you think that bottled water source was.
Dont be fooled, just because it is in a bottle, it is not necessarily any better for you!!! Especially the low priced stuff (hey if its too good to be true, it probably isnt true).

Hell yes.
However, I buy the flavored water because I love Kool-Aid and soda and that way I actually eat healthier while satisfying my cravings.
But tap water is best after a workout or in the middle of the night. Why pay for unflavored water when its free from the tap.

Yes. Ice water from the tap is my beverage of choice. The only bottled water I like is Aquafina. Others, like Dasani and Deerpark taste odd to me.

Never drink the stuff. Smells bad, tastes bad and is bad in my view. Bottled mineral water is my beverage of choice.
