I am a 17 yrs old girl. I am 5"4 and 126lbs.
I have broad shoulders and underdeveloped breasts. (my mother's big though)
What exercise or diet should I do or avoid to lose weight, shoulder width without hurting any breast development process.

All points for the solution.

eat fruits and veggies (duh). you should consider joining a dance class, karate class, swimming class etc. it worked for me. it tones your body.

I did a lot of exercises with my arms. TO develope my breast. I am 27 they finally got bigger. I also ate a little more protein with my meal that helped. i gained 20 pounds and i went from a 34a to a 34 d

yr ok at that weight. be happy yr not over developed. just stay fit with some great exercises youll find on this site

you should eat more bread and beef.my friends breast grew real big over the summer and she said she ate waffle house most of the time.but u may can't help that u are skinny just ask your doctor

you should do some little exercise the just pray cause you are still young you'll soon be beautiul and of good shape. anyway best of luck

Diet eat what you want but trash food
Exercise.-Box and swimming
Do not jog.
