This is a really simple thing to do. Protein and vitamin. Fish or whatever food with those in it. And everytime you shampoo and condition, massage your head for one minute to get the blood to flow in your head. It grows easier when your head is warm. I do this everyday. My hair is right about 2 ft now.

GNC has a supplement called "Nourishair" that makes the hair grow faster, you can read what's in it by googling it.
Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health
If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. I use the Nourshair supplement from GNC now and my hair is growing faster than it did, but it took about 6 to 8 weeks of daily use to see results.

I asked my friend who is a hair dresser the same question and she said you can't. You take vitamins to make it healthier but nothing you do will make it grow faster. I think on average your hair grows about 1/4 of an inch a month

honestly, if you are trying to grow out a hair cut you just have to wait. there is nothing out there that can really make your hair grow faster...no matter what it says on the back of the bottle of whatever. my advice, bring out that virtue we call patience and wait.
p.s. you're smart for not getting hair extensions those are a huge pain.

I dont think you can rush Mother Nature.
But - when I was younger I used to take a tablespoon of Cod Liver Oil every night for that exact purpose.
Good Luck!

When you figure that out, get a patent. You will be extremely rich. There are a lot of desperate people willing to pay big money to get their hair full.
