Is there any provision for short service commision in Indian Engineering Services?

Is there any provision for the same or any bond has to be signed for a particular number of years?And what is the job profile offered?Please answer the second part also.

no my dear friend.there is no link with short service commision with IES . so there is no question of bond. in any department of engineering services there is no provision of bond except railways.
