When he barks on his own, you bark too...and say something every time like "Lets sing!" bark bark bark. Every time he barks! Once you get him knowing that those go together..the verbal command "Lets sing!" and you two barking...then add in the song. Say lets sing..and both of you start barking.
All dog tricks can be easiest to learn if you attach a word/verbal command when they do it on their own.

get him a little drunk then put your arm around his shoulder and you start off the song, he'll kick in on the chorus...Oh don't forget to sway a little, it builds the mood.
