How do you make a vodka paralyser?

It is one of my favourite non-beer alcoholic drinks, and I would like to know how I can make it at home.

4.0 oz Cola
4.0 oz Cream
2.0 oz Tia Maria
2.0 oz Vodka

Directions: Pour Vodka over ice and diet coke, then mix in cream and finally add Tia Maria (Kahlua is better) Stir and slam!!
